How can I change my email address and my password?

To change your email address and the password of your account please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your +WD Administration: https://adm.wounddesk.com
  2. Select your team in the menu.
  3. Select your name in the team list
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Change your Work Email address
  6. Under Login click the red Change Password button
  7. Enter your old password, enter your new password twice and click save.

You will be logged out now from the +WD Administration and have to sign in again.

Please remember, from now on you have to use this new email address and password also to sign in on your +WD Mobile App.
