I have trouble signing in for +WoundDesk?

Check your internet connection
You must be online to sign in for +WoundDesk. Please make sure that your device is connected to the internet when signing in.
Enter a valid email address
If you are notified that your email address is invalid, please re-enter it to make sure it is correct and complete. If it is still not working, please check our signup confirmation email. You should use your email address you used to register at +WoundDesk
I forgot my password
You can reset your password from your +WD Administration. If you forgot your password, please click the “forgot password” Link next to the Sign In button on the sign in page, and follow these steps:
- Enter the email address associated with your +WoundDesk account and click the reset button. We’ll automatically send you instructions to reset your password.
- Check your email. Got no email? Please be sure to check your spam folder. You will receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email and you will get in your browser the notification that your password was reset.
- Check again your email. You will receive another email from us with your temporary password.
- Sign in with this new password and change your password on your profile page to something you remember.
