How to get support?

If you want to contact us to can use different channels:

  1. Go on +WD Support Center and click on Support Ticket  , we will get in touch with you within 24 hours
  2. If the problem is urgent write us an email at support@wounddesk.com, add Urgent in the subject. When you write us Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm CET, we will usually responds within 4 hours.
  3. Select the option Account Manager in your subscription plan to benefit from dedicated support.
