Marker not found

It may happen that you take a wound picture with +WD Reference Marker in the field of the picture but you get an error message: no marker found. There are some situation where +WD Mobile App is not able to find the marker:

1. The most frequent cause is a shadow produce by the phone on the marker. This happens when you light source come from behind you. Change your position to avoid the shadow or place a side lightening.
2. If the scene to photograph is to dark, the marker will not be differentiate from the rest and not recognized by +WD. In this case you can use the torch or the flash to bring enough light.
3. Sometimes the reference marker does not stay flat and +WD is not able to detect it.
